Summary:This article discusses the phenomenon of multiple uncertainties of the categories competency/competence and gives the definition of the concept of “educational potential”. The article presents the general structure of components and constituents of competence in regular logic interdependence of connections and factors mediating the disclosure of the educational potential of the individual. The article examines characteristics of didactic conditions, organizational and pedagogical aspects of mastering / creating the competencies and competence of bachelors. Priorities of pedagogical support of the educational process and its outcomes were selected.
