The article discusses the positive and negative sides the decriminalization of the beatings, highlights the problems arising in the implementation of administrative responsibility for the beatings by internal Affairs bodies, analyses the statistical data the MIAC Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia on the Central Federal district regions to attract the police of citizens to administrative responsibility for the beating.
