Benefits of the new technologies are realized only when users use them at an adequate level. There it is important to identify the factors and/ or drivers which influence the users to accept or reject a new technology. This research is based on a case study that focuses on evaluating the challenges and impacts of Information Communication Technology (ICT) acceptance by highly qualified, but non-technical users. The study included in-depth interviews among the faculty members in the Business School and IT support professionals at a leading private University in Bangladesh.
