The authors underline the influence of the scientific research techniques over the science evolution and accent the importance of these techniques, when analyzing the scientific justification of teaching the foreign languages. The element of linguistics, according to the authors, is particularly important for scientific justification of lingua-didactic science. The examination of the scientific literature, supervision of the educative process, summarizing of data and linguistic statistics are the most important linguistic and methodical research techniques. In the authors’ opinion, without the scientific research techniques the science progress is impossible, since the linguists and supervisors must be researchers of the subject they teach.http://dx.doi.org/10.3846/1822-430X.2008.16.4.92-98glotoeducologylinguisticslingua-didacticsmethodology experimentcorrelationrealizationstatementeducative process
