The structural properties of all samples were analyzed by XRD, SEM and TEM. The crystallite size was found in the nano ranges in the order of 27 nm to 3 nm and their lattice parameters are in the range of 5.3739A˚ to 5.4479A˚. The variation of the band gap energy was due to concentration of the grain boundaries, which depends on the type of mixing materials. The magnetic nature of the prepared samples was studied by Vibration Sample Magnetometer (VSM).
