The results indicated that work mo­tivation variable had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satis­faction also had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Work motivation and job satisfaction had the same influence on or­ganizational com­mit­ment and job sa­tis­faction dominated.
