Summary:The objective of the evaluative study was to identify the contributions of the specialization course in Health Management from the PNAP / UNIVASF for the improvement of management practices, using the negotiated and contextualized approach. The information obtained through focus groups were interpreted through the analysis of the collective subject discourse. The pluralistic approach was possible to identify aspects of the course evaluation, prioritized by the participants, and the consequent contribution of these aspects to the professional practice. The syntheses formed represent the perspectives of graduates on indicators of the evaluation process from of the needs of multiple actors and interested in the educational program. The results contribute to the reflection on evaluative practices with the use of plurality of ideas applicable to the university evaluation, instigating questions that could be deepened in future studies with graduates.
