Cardiogenic shock following Dacryocystorhinostomy- an Alarming Experience
This is a case report of 40 year old patient, posted for dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR), who suffered ventricular tachycardia and pulmonary oedema, after sub mucosal intranasal application of epinephrine soaked pellets under general anesthesia.
