The paper describes the findings of a research that has been completed at the Technological Institute aimed at developing social competence in senior high school students’ oral speaking ability. A framework is constructed on the basis of studying revious contributions to the topic, likewise survey, interviews and general observation lead to gathering the information needed. The finding is lead to identify a poor social competence for effective communication together with the distinction of stages of evolution of the formative process in the subject Language and Literaturehttps://transformacion.reduc.edu.cu/index.php/transformacion/article/view/167/152Oral communication
