INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT COPPER AND ZINC CONCENTRATION IN WATER ON FATTY ACIDS COMPOSITION OF CARP (CYPRINUS CARPIO) LIVER
Data concerning influence of different concentrations of copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) on non-etherified and anionic forms of fatty acids content, and fatty acids of total lipids content in carp’s (Cyprinus carpio) liver are presented in the article.
