Description
Summary:Animal domestication depends on complex relationships between humans and animals. There are many questions related to the domestication still incompletely solved especially since animal domestication occurred at specific regions in the past, and the percentage of domesticated animals is low. It is not easy to change characteristics and behaviors of wild animals, and humans can only train them to do specific tasks in most cases. Some species of honey bees, genus Apis, are wild and others are domesticated. In this article, domestication steps of honey bees by humans was used as a model to explain the early domestication process for other animals and to present answers to unsolved questions.
