Description
Summary:This paper focuses on a practitioner’s structured feed-back regarding the implementation of a training-action on the ergonomic analysis of work during an ergonomic intervention. We first present a short history of the links between training-action and ergonomics in order to achieve an initial model of the integration of training-action in an ergonomic intervention. We then present a case study which deals with an ergonomic intervention to prevent work-related musculo-skeletal disorders amongst home helpers. In this intervention, time resources and field access were limited ; the practitioner therefore decided to include an ergonomic work analysis-related training-action in the intervention. This made possible the collection of data and the involvement of the organization’s actors in the production of the action plan. The a posteriori analysis shows that this training-action had additional advantages : it constituted an actor development tool, fostered their involvement and gave them a better sense of ownership of the intervention. The developmental dimension of the intervention was thus increased.
