Summary:The present research is focused on the development of technicians’ professional technical motivation on the specialty of cuisine by means of a didactic approach. The authors takes as reference other works made by several researchers of Cuban Pedagogy elaborates the theoretical frame making emphasis on professional pedagogical didactics process in technicians training, professional guidance and the guidelines of the suggested didactic approach. To contribute to the problem solution a didactic approach was devised, it comprises three main elements: hints for teaching, set of exercises and recommendations to solve the exercises in class.
