This type of accident involves the direct contact of one or more people with one or more moving vehicles, this contact can occur with the front, side or rear of the vehicle. Colombian statistics are very telling in the report of homicides and culpable personal injuries in traffic accidents, these are ranked as the third regular cause of death of Colombians, a situation that is becoming increasingly important, due to the fact that criminal and civil processes and administrative that mediate these crimes, require expert evidence that is objective, transparent and decisive in making judicial decisions; For this purpose, it is of great importance to carry out a study of the state of the art in relation to the analytical reconstruction of these types of traffic accidents, since for this it is necessary to consider objective evidence classified as: sketch, assessment of personal injuries, protocol autopsy, vehicle damage, lifting certificate
