Description
Summary:Problem question: What is the difference between the concepts of body, agency, organization and institution that both legislator and constituent use when defining the structure of government and public administration? This paper aims to clearly define the language used by the Colombian legal system when defining the structure of state and national public administration. From there, he seeks to present the arguments that justify and clarify the content of each of the expressions used in legal texts, to precisely indicate the official structure components. This exposition is made from the analysis of theories giving birth to the terms already targeted; those thesis may be classified from two perspectives about the notion of government nature: an organicist and a legal approach.
