The effects of different variables such as pH, volume and type of buffer, volume of nanoparticles and time of stay were investigated. The results showed that optimal amounts of pH = 6, 1.5 mL citrate buffer, 0.15 mL optimum volume Nanoparticles and 120 seconds were determined as the time spent on the samples.
