Summary:Gradenigo syndrome is a triad comprising of abducens nerve palsy, trigeminal neuralgia and petrous apicitis. It is quite rare complication of otitis media. In this study, we report a rare case of a 17-year-old girl who presented with sudden onset of diplopia and left periorbital pain on imaging showed otomastoidits, petrous apicitis and epidural abscesses surrounding it.
