Description
Summary:This study aims to evaluate the perception by the student body of the effectiveness of the comprehensive education program of the state government of Pernambuco in technical schools. Thus, the objects of investigation in this study are the technical schools under the supervision of the Regional Board of Education (RBE) of Mata Centro, Pernambuco. A qualitative, exploratory approach was adopted as methodology, using the method of multiple case studies. Data collection was conducted through desk research, direct observation, and semi-structured interviews with structured questionnaires based on the balanced scorecard perspective on a sample of 24 students. The empirical data showed that the students viewed the management model adopted by the State Government as being effective in society.
