The article distinguishes the methodological andsystematic fundamentals for the formation oftariff policy of the industrial enterprise on basis of interaction with the energy company. There has been performed the analysis of Russian tariff policy which allows to identify the organizational-economic and regulatory drawbacksproving the existing contradiction between theeconomic interests of industrial enterprises andprivate business of electric-power industry in thefield of energy tariffs formation. There has been proposed the tariff policy by the managing of power consumption of industrial enterprise thatincludes the propositions from margin-cost pricing theory and the conception of key performance indicators. By given propositions and onbasis of minimum criterion of discounted costs there has been distinguished the energy tariffs by effective energy consumption.
