| Summary: | The aim of the present study was to obtain the informations on the content of carbohydrates and the physiological behaviour of photosynthetic products formed at the beginning of grain development in short and long culm wheat plants. The effect of chlorcholin chloride (OCX.) as an agent inhibiting elongation of plant organs, especially elongation of the culm was also studied. The differences in the dynamics of dry matter accumulation, in content of carbohydrates and in distribution of assymilates depending on type of variety and effect of CCC were found. |
