Summary:The present review describes a multitude of mechanical chewing type of simulators that are able to reproduce the movements of mandible in different dimensions and also to prevent the harmful forces that can exerted during mastication after the prosthetic rehabilitation treatment. The aim of this work was to validate, the described device, which can be used to test the ability of different restorative prosthetic treatment to withstand stress by using this devices that can make a significant difference and in this context to consider the masticatory robot in a «must » for our goals in the complex process of intraoral rehabilitation.
