Description
Summary:Biotypological Study of Boufrekane River - Morocco. Boufekrane river water has been analysed monthly at nine sites from June 1992 to May 1993. Physico-chemical and microbial parameters have been measures. The observed concentrations have shown irregular variations, an increase in nutritious substances (primarily organic matters), from upstream to downstream, and high contents in fecal contamination indicators. Moreover, surface water quality is influenced by the affluents coming out of the town of Boufekrane and of Meknes city.
