ATYPICAL DISSEMINATION OF KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE (ACUTE PROSTATITIS – HEPATIC ABSCESS)

The authors present a clinical case of urinary tract infection with Klebsiella pneumoniae complicated with acute prostatitis and hepatic abscess, having an atypical symptomatology- chills, fever (38◦C) marked asthenia and intermittent epigastric pain, without renal-urinary symptoms.
