Summary:The purpose of this research is to know the validity and practicability of biology module that contained 6M concept and environmental ethics based on PjBL model. This research adapts ADDIE model. The validity of module is known from the experts’ validation score, and the practicability is known from the students’ response. The results show that the average validation score that is given by module expert is 3,832 (very valid), matter expert is 3,72 (very valid), and field practitioner is 3,24 (valid). Most of the students give positive response (≥ 70%). Based on that results, it can be concluded that the biology module which is developed is valid and practical, so it can be implemented to the 10th grade student of SMA. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kevalidan & kepraktisan modul biologi bermuatan konsep 6M dan etika lingkungan berbasis model PjBL. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi model penelitian & pengembangan ADDIE. Kevalidan modul diketahui dari skor validasi para ahli, sedangkan kepraktisan diketahui dari respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata skor validasi ahli modul sebesar 3,832 (sangat valid), ahli materi sebesar 3,72 (sangat valid), dan praktisi lapangan sebesar 3,24 (valid). Sebagian besar siswa memberikan respons positif (≥ 70%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul biologi yang dikembangkan tergolong valid dan praktis sehingga dapat diimplementasikan lebih lanjut kepada siswa kelas X SMA.
