Methods: The current study presents 20 patients whose facial wrinkles and lines were treated by transplantation of autologous cultured fibroblasts. The fibroblast nature of cells was confirmed by immune-staining and flow cytometry. Results: The mean of improvement for this procedure at the 6 month follow up was 41%. Conclusions: In conclusion autologous fibroblast transplantation can be an effective procedure for correction of wrinkles and atrophic scars.
