Summary:Conflicts regarding lands possession, armed conflicts, revolts, land expropriation, and organization of social movements have been registered in history of Paraná State (Brazil). Thus, having as theme Education and Social Movements, it was intended to investigate the courses of training field teacher and solutions for the quotidian of field schools. Organisms like Assessoar and social movements such as Mastes were described; it was presented the Unioeste and its relationship with field social movements for public politics for field education in/for Paraná State were presented. Field education was discussed as a right for people who live in the countryside; the university responsibility and its commitment to the civil society as well as the government responsibility regarding the fundamental rights in face of equality and justice.
