The proposed theory and principles of functioning allow understanding the optimal control laws for converters, accumulators, and renewable energy sources in their integration into traction power supply systems. Research opens the possibility of the installed power of the required equipment in minimizing and reducing the capital costs for energy-saving technologies. Also, combination of all developed approaches will provide the system effect.http://transportproblems.polsl.pl/pl/Archiwum/2017/zeszytSE/2017t12zSE_05.pdfelectric transportenergy efficiencytraction power supplyintellectual controlenergy recoveryelectric vehiclesinteroperability
