To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was constructed consisting of thirty four questions distributed among fifty managers in private banks, from which forty forms returned that were valid for analysis. The main objective of this study is to design a default model and test it in the field of study in order to understand how well they can be implemented as the empowering strategy to achieve the organizational effectiveness. This study found a correlation as well as an impact between empowerment strategy and organizational effectiveness.
