DAHS may occur in the presence of diverse etiological and clinical manifestations of diseases. The paper presents information on the diseases and states, in which DAHS develops in different forms, and data on morphological changes in the lung. It also describes the clinical signs of DAHS, the specific features of its different forms, the methods of laboratory and instrumental diagnosis, as well as methods of its treatment.
