The concept of citizen human formation is discussed from Suchodolski (2002), Freire (1996), Severino (1994, 2005, 2006, 2010) and Santos (2007). It is understood that social movements are agents of transformation of society, as pointed out by Gohn (2010a, 2010b, 2014), Castells (2013) and Scherer-Warren (1989). It was verified that its performance makes the amplification of the citizen human formation in relation to the transformation of the reality of its participants possible. There is a need for the existence of on-line and off-line social movements as fundamental agents of social transformation.https://www.revistas2.uepg.br/index.php/praxiseducativa/article/view/13516/209209211576human formation.social movements.digital culture.
