This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)and edema of the lower limbs after chemotherapy for B-Lymphoblastic lymphoma. Key nursing measures for the patient included: monitoring vital signs and disease progression; monitoring results of bacterial culture; implementation of strictly disinfection and isolation measures; appropriate use of antibiotics and observation on drug adverse reaction; treatment of edema of the lower limbs and skin care; psychological care for patients.
