<p>In the industrial cities having preconditions of development of the tourist and hotel industry, there is a problem of justifying the effectiveness and prospects of development of this direction. The purpose of work is to develop recommendations and proposals for the development of tourism efficient functioning of hotels in the industrial city. The article presents a model of organizational and economic support for the functioning of the hotel industry based on a study of tourist flow, and the model of forecasting of efficiency of functioning of the hotel industry is developed, and also recommendations about development of tourist and hotel sector on the example of Togliatty are offered.
