Summary: | The objective of this article is to illustrate how social constructs can be applied to afford a unique opportunity to effect change in varied environments. Technology can be re-configured to systematically chart practicality in organization. The division of labor is reclaimed to illustrate how explicit knowledge can be engineered in at least three ways: It can imply the utilization of tools to make ends meet; it can imply innovative thinking that promotes the development of techniques and methods based on a template that may augment increased productivity; and in the expanded workforce, authentic knowledge also can be described as highly structured skill-sets acquired from years of practice through continuous learning and improvement, and this resource can be usefully shared to advance productivity. |
