Summary:In this article the possibility of application of the balanced scorecard (BSC) were considered for system for submission of suggestion for improvement (SSSI) from employees. The authors consider SSSI as one of subsystems of the general management system which is aimed at motivating employees to work more effectively, the use of creative potential of employees, achieve additional revenue and improvement internal processes in the company. The BSC includes indicators, which are divided into four categories: Finance, Clients, Processes, Resources. Since SSSI has its own distinctive features compared with other systems that influence the management of the system, explaining exactly what indicators to SSSI should be used for each category is given special attention. The result described in the article is the balanced scorecard for the system for submission of suggestion for improvement, which will be effective in implementing and improving SSSI for organizations of any size and any kind of activity. The offered balanced scorecard system consists of 10 indicators which will help to estimate system from four main parties. So financial side will be characterize by indicators that show what economic benefit the company can receive from offers, the personnel – the sum of the paid awards, the client (in this case the client is the company) – number of the submitted, implemented ideas and an involvement of the personnel. Indicators of internal business processes directly are interconnected with stages of the considered process and characterize the speed of passing of each of them, and also quality and number of offers.
