It makes to be hard to use the meanings quickly This paper approachs authors that had published articles about code and categorization of verbal oral behavior and teaching of techiniques of therapeutic communication, proposing a sinthesys that is able to be used in nursing care, teching and researchs. For this propose we analyzed CLARK’s (1981), BEANLANDS & MACKAY (1981), FORREST (1983), DuGAS (1988), ATKINSON & MURRAY (1989), STEFANELLI (1993), BEIJAMIN (1994), and SILVA (1996) writtings. We considered techinique of therapeutic communication behaviors that favor the interpersonal relationships such as: declarations/ opening questions; minimum answers; techinique of reflex; perception of corporal expressions; acceptance of feelings; presence recognition; information; clarifying, survey of implied thoughts questions releated to data; answers to inadequate behaviors. These techiniques can be used in the categorization of verbal comnunications. We increased them with 15 categories, considered non therapeutics.
