In Brazil, we consider the positions formulated by the Institute of Research and Social Studies (IPES), between 1962 and 1968, mostly implemented during the regime established after 1964; in Chile, we analyse the approach known as El Ladrillo, written and prepared by the Pontifical Catholic University Santiago de Chile, from 1956, which served as a reference to the authoritarian regime established in 1973.
