The synthesis of estimated the carried through quarrels detaches the presence of two main ones: the human development and the social co-responsibility. Also it is possible to affirm that if it deals with a proposal very based well, even so the same one is permeate by a great contradiction enters a proposal of newliberal education and human development and a sport of matrix humanist.
