The implementation of the measures on the improvement the quality from the aspect of the waste economy

The quality of the environment by the production processes takes on the more significance. The protection of the environment before the negative elements is the assignment of the all participators. The production factors are very miscellaneous. The protection of the environment is needing by the preliminary as so in the primary, subsidiary and transport processes. The analysis of the problems the protection of the environment conduces to the more directions their achievement. The laws No 223 / 2001 Waste Law defines the purpose of the waste economy following:a) to precede to the being of the waste and to restrict their creating especially:1) with the development of the technologies, which they economize of the natural resources,2) mith the production of the products, which as the final products, what maybe least the production raises of the quantity the waste and what maybe supremely reducting of the pollution of the environment,3) with the evolution of the appropriate methods of the defusement of the hazardous substances extant in the waste determined on the evaluation,b) to evaluate the waste their recycling, repeatedly using or another processes, which they enable the obtaining the secondary raw materials,c) to use waste as the resource the energy.Note: Concerning the comprehensiveness the paper I don't grapple with the problem, which it is linked on the laws No 393 / 1998 Air Law, 401 / 1998 Due for the air pollution Law, 138 / 1977, 238/1993, 199 / 1995 Water Law.
