Drug treatment by metotreksat has been successfully applied in treatment of this disease. Two cases of interstitial pregnancy have been shown, and criteria for application of metotreksat were an early diagnosed disease, asymptomatic and heamodynamic stable patient, - HCG 5000 i.u./L. Metotreksat was applied systematicaly in single-dose of 1mg/kg (case 1), and 5 daily doses of 15 mg (case 2). Applying a strict criteria for drug treatment, and careful clinical and labaratorical monitoring, a full therapical benefit had been achieved in both cases and there was no need for a surgical treatment.http://www.ljkzedo.com.ba/medglasnik/vol41/M6_11.pdfinterstitial pregnancynonsurgical treatmentmetotreksat
