The book is divided into two parts: the first three chapters are devoted to comparing separate aspects of organizing and conducting classic and online focus groups; in the final chapters the data from the asynchronous online focus groups are subject to methodological introspection. A chapter by chapter review is aimed at revealing the specifics of this method, while focusing on the unclear and controversial points in its author's presentation.
