Summary: | The Computer Systems of Hotel Management (SIGH) are strategic systems for the hotel chains so the information that they register constitutes the source for the whole general statistics, as: aspects of quality, studies of segmentation, satisfaction, etc. The SIGH allows the standardization and automation of the principal functions of the direction and operation of a hotel. In the last years there have arisen several very flexible products realized with modern technologies, nevertheless the tendency in the hotel chains is to having a corporate system, while independent and small hotels use small SIGH. This variety implies using methods that they contribute to the capture of decisions in the selection of the software most adapted to the specific conditions of the Hotel 'Los Laureles' object of study. For it the method AHP allows the quantification of the relative importance of the criteria for the evaluation of the software's, for finally, to estimate a relative weight of importance between the same ones. The above mentioned method is used in the investigation, to select the system most adapted in the management of the hotel inside a quarry of free software, concluding that the Abanq - Os is the software that can adapt to the conditions of the entity object of study. |
