By human capital production it becomes principal the focus on “soft” skills: on width of view, ability to hold discussion, to present results in various ways, to communicate, to work in teams. And then the question arises not only what we teach, but also how and where we teach. There are considered in the article items of educational process in university, what must university do, in order to get rid of the imitation in research activity, how to solve the problem of interdisziplinarity in university; how to form the organizational cultures and activity norm in university.
