Static activity components prevail in students’ working days. In this regard, the level of students’ physical activity is drastically decreasing, which leads to hypokinesia, so the assessment of their physical activity appears to be relevant. The purpose of the research: to study and analyze the state of physical health and the level of physical activity demonstrated by the second-year female students of higher education institutions. Research methods: pedagogical methods (pedagogical observation), questionnaires, medical and biological methods, index method, methods of mathematical statistics. The obtained results will allow us to differentiate the academic load for female students demonstrating different levels of physical health, to determine the starling point from which it is worthwhile moving towards raising the level of their physical health and physical activity. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qbrTS7ZAZVHldTYogx47Lz4q0cdtmQ9J/viewlevel of physical health
