Summary:The objective of the article: to demonstrate the peculiarities of tuberculosis in young children and the high probability of the transition of primary tuberculosis in a child from a sociopathic family to a chronic process due to the absence of medical supervision after chemotherapy. The article describes a clinical case demonstrating the influence of dysfunctional social risk factors on the development of chronic primary tuberculosis in a child.
