Health 4.0, derived from an overflow of Industry 4.0 technology, aims to present a computational solution that assists in the screening process of a hospital, together with the raising of its requirements, contributing with medical information collected daily aiming at people's well-being. The method used was a single case study for the construction of a computational solution. The result is a totem that assists in the hospital screening process, presenting the most appropriate specialty for a patient when arriving at a hospital based on an indication of their illness, medical history and available specialties. The contribution to the practice is the presentation of a model that can serve for managers who need primary care solutions to establish the specialist that the patient should be directed to.
