Summary: | The amount of data generated in a technicism society can have a powerful effect on people's lives,
and often this happens discreetly. Health 4.0, derived from an overflow of Industry 4.0 technology,
aims to present a computational solution that assists in the screening process of a hospital, together
with the raising of its requirements, contributing with medical information collected daily aiming
at people's well-being. The method used was a single case study for the construction of a
computational solution. The result is a totem that assists in the hospital screening process,
presenting the most appropriate specialty for a patient when arriving at a hospital based on an
indication of their illness, medical history and available specialties. The contribution to the practice
is the presentation of a model that can serve for managers who need primary care solutions to
establish the specialist that the patient should be directed to. The theoretical contribution is to
demonstrate new applications for Health 4.0 concepts.
