Summary:The article problematizes the meaning and the importance of the law’s application nowadays, aiming to investigate the existence of the passage from law’s centrality to ju- risdiction’s centrality and its consequences in the juridical system. Going beyond the demonstration or denial of the jurisdictional creation of the law, the study focuses in searching minimum levels of cientificity for the decision, through an interdisciplinary lecture that allows an interaction between many fields of knowledge. In an evolutionist and historical perspective, it was related the jurisdiction with this categories, aiming to build criteria that fulfill the exigencies of cientificity to the jurisdiction, fighting against its volatility and decisionisms.
