Kuzukulağı (Rumex acetosella L.) Bitkisinin A, E ve C Vitamini İçeriğinin Belirlenmesi

In this study, the amounts of vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin C in Rumex acetosella L. plant samples which are consumed densely were determined by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography. According to the obtained results, amounts of vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin C in leaf of Rumex acetosella L. plants have been determined to be varied over the ranges of 4,120,79 – 12,842,20 g/g; 14,932,90 – 27,203,40 g/g and 206,7019,50 – 268,824,2 g/grespectively. It may be concluded from the results that, the Rumex acetosella L. reaches in terms of amount of vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin C.
