Description
Summary:In Serbia, mass casualty incidents happens almost every year. This situation is same in neighboring countries. All of us are noticed many problems in rescue victims, in the first place in organisation rescue teams and organisations, on scene management and treatment of many casualties at the same time. In this article I compare by two mass casualty incidents in Slovenia, Montenegro and Serbia in the past nine years and progress in organisation saving system in examples. Slovenia has best system of organisation because they made many documents in this area. Montenegro made some documents, many documents are in the preparation, but they analysed all situations and noted errors in organisation. Serbia has not any usable document of mass casualty incident management. When we compare two incidents from 2008 and 2013, rescuing in second incident is organized worse then first, but some problems are same. We have to make good plans of organisation and training teams for this situation.
