Summary:This paper presents a method for work team and logistics formation. The proposed method solves a mathematical model in binary variables 0/1 developed based on the generalized assignment model in order to minimize the cost of transportation and form work teams with a pre-established number of agents. The corresponding program was written in-Solver and tested in an outsourced service provider, which operates in more than 200 Brazilian cities.
